Nothing too amazing about that. It doesn’t mean they don’t know they should not display their php errors. Someone probably just did something wrong. All that matters is how long it took them to notice this and fix it 😉
I’m more amazed about the coding “practice” in this case — someone assumed that all will be well and wrote code without double-checking whatever happened. 😉
