I was browsing the PHP for Homesite links looking for a tool to automatically add license comments at the top of files and bumped into a really nice HTML interface aid.  It’s kind of embarrassing but I’ve never seen/heard of this before, what a useful tool!  Anyone who wants to emulate operating system dialog windows read on.
